She will also guide us through movement in the form of Pilates, breathwork, Low impact workouts and a guided walk along the coast to compliment the nutrition and wellness sessions.

About the venue

Originally Hayes Hotel in 1828, the current Royal Marine Hotel in Dublin has a storied past. Acquired by railway builder William Dargan in 1863, the new design incorporated part of the old Hayes Hotel. Opening in 1865, the Royal Marine is a prominent Dublin and Dún Laoghaire establishment.
